Information we request
Name, date of birth, phone and email. Address, Social Security number, message and drawn signature are optional. You also select your interest in Obamacare (ACA), Medicare or general guidance. You may provide these same details for other policy members.
How information is used and transmitted
When the service is enabled, requests are stored encrypted. Full details are emailed to BitCare Insurance to handle your request, including your Social Security number if provided and your signature as an image if added. The email also contains a restricted-access link to the complete form.
The service uses Cloudflare for hosting, automated submission protection and storage, and Resend for email notifications. Requests are not published or used for behavioral advertising.
To use the ACA calculator, we request your name, phone, email and contact authorization. We store these details and your latest calculated scenario encrypted in the private BitCare Insurance panel. Authorization allows us to respond to your inquiry; it does not authorize enrollment or a change of agent.
Control over your information
You can request access, correction or deletion by emailing us. To protect your information, we may ask you to confirm your identity. We retain information while needed to handle your request and applicable obligations. ACA assistance consent and its record are retained for at least ten years. You may request a PDF copy. A drawn signature is optional; checking the box and submitting documents electronic acceptance.
Preferences and spam protection
This website does not use advertising cookies or save form information in browser local storage. Cloudflare Turnstile may process technical device signals to verify submissions. Read its privacy policy.
Your request is not an enrollment
Submitting the form does not purchase a policy, change your coverage or guarantee eligibility or savings. Any enrollment requires the appropriate steps and consent.
